Group Visits
The Museum is ideal for group visits any day of the week and we welcome parties of any size. We ask that groups pre-book so we can let you know about parking arrangements and special events. A visit to the Museum is free, however if you would like any special arrangements such as guided tours, refreshments or souvenir packs then please contact us to discuss your requirements:

Visiting information
We are just 10 minutes from the M6 and M69 and 15 minutes from the M1, M40 and M42. Drop off and pick up is from the lay-by opposite the bus station on Hales Street - further information about parking will be given to you on booking. For location information please click here.

Esquires Coffee House at the Museum offers a friendly atmosphere to relax and enjoy premium beverages and quality food ranging from sandwiches and wraps, paninis and toasties, cookies and muffins, pastries and cakes.
A visit to the Museum can be combined with other attractions in the city as we are just 5 minutes walk from Coventry Cathedral, the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum and the Priory Visitor Centre.
Coach Driver's Facilities
There are coach drivers facilities including a lounge with satellite TV.
Drivers and tour leaders receive a voucher for £6 to use in Esquires Coffee House - voucher available from the Museum shop. (Not currently available for educational visits).
We are also part of the Coach Drivers Club Partner Attraction Scheme - drivers who are members of the CDC can claim stickers for their loyalty cards each time they bring a group to the Museum.

Promoting Your Trip
We can send you publicity leaflets and posters, free of charge, to help you to promote your visit to Coventry Transport Museum. Photographs of the Museum are also available which can be used free of charge in your promotional literature. You can request these at the time of booking, or alternatively in advance by emailing stephanie.brown@transport-museum.co.uk.
