Model World Gallery

In this gallery you can see a fantastic collection of model cars all collected by one man, Tibor Riech.

Tibor was a textile designer who made his name designing the fabric for the QE2 liner and Concord. He ran a thriving textiles business in Stafford, but his passion was collecting models.

The collection on display shows how for many years Tibor and his sons, collected model after model until his collection consisted of over 20,000 items.

In the gallery you will see famous makes like Corgi, Dinky, Lesney, Matchbox and Lledo. The main feature of the gallery is a large interactive diorama, with noises, lights and even a running model steam train.

This is a gallery for children of all ages.
